From your first visit to our showrooms through to final touches, our expert and talented teams provide quality throughout the process. We will transform your ideas into a beautiful and practical kitchen or space that can really become the heart of your home.
Fully Project Managed
Our initial design service will involve a full consultation, mood board planning (if you haven’t got one already!) and layouts with an estimate of full itemised quotation. We will work with you to create a design that works both practically and as an investment.
Who You’ll Meet
Lucy
Lucy has joined the family business after nearly 10 years in commercial real estate where she led and grew a large national team to service clients around the Europe sourcing commercial property solutions, from sole traders to large PLCs. She is a keen one for processes. Wearing many hats at Callerton Kitchens & Interiors she is focused on first class customer service, best quality product and growth for the North East business.
Gordon
Gordon, Gordy, Big G, GSL – this is the man with the vision. 40 years ago Callerton was founded by Gordon and his business partner James. Starting out as two friends developing properties in Newcastle who were importing their kitchens from Germany, they took the ambitious jump to begin manufacturing their own kitchens, a furniture manufacturing site that is still very much a key partner of ours. Gordon has a keen eye for all things different and you will see these elements in our showrooms.
Graham
Graham has worked in the KBB industry for over 30 years and is a fountain of knowledge. He is a calming influence on all and supports our installation team in a big way. From our on-site teams, designers and of course our customers. Having been an installer in the past , Graham really has seen it all. When not at work he can be found in the wilds of the country in his motorhome with Ceri and their lovely dog Fizz.
DESIGNER
Mandy
Mandy is our Berwick and Borders super woman! With over 25 years experience designing kitchens and delivering bespoke interiors in Berwick and surround areas, she comes with a wealth of knowledge and creates stunning detailed designs. Mandy’s passion is her job and turning her customers dreams into a reality, her fantastic eye for design allows her to work with you to bring your ideas to life whilst ensuring your project runs smoothly throughout. She can often be spotted touring on her motorbike!
DESIGNER
Peter
Peter has been with Callerton Kitchens & Interiors for nearly 10 years but with 20 years industry experience he comes with style! Peter has been part of some amazing, award winning and challenging projects over the years – always delivering stunning end results which he loves seeing come to life. However, he hates making his own coffee in the showroom!
DESIGNER
Michelle
Michelle has been working in the high quality bespoke interiors in Newcastle and Kitchens in the North East industry for over 30 years. Whilst creating some of our most stunning designs, led by her customers wants and needs. She is a trend setter and follower of all the latest up to date technologies and styles coming to the market. Her favourite at the moment being strong industrial looking interiors.
DESIGN TECHNICIAN
Kellie
Kellie joined our Berwick team in early 2020 as a Trainee Design Technician. When Kellie isn’t walking her pup, Paddy, in the woods she is developing her interior design skill set! No challenge is too big or too small and she approaches each project by listening and evolving ideas into a reality. Kellie’s contribution to supporting our Berwick kitchens is key to how we work.
Jan
Jan has been with our business since 1991! Having worked with Gordon before that too she is a true Callerton treasure. Jan keeps us all in check and looks after the office side of things for the Newcastle team. Jan has been a major part of all of our Kitchens in the North East and the Bespoke Interiors in Newcastle.
DESIGNER
Francis
Hailing from Dublin, Francis has spent the past 8 years designing bespoke kitchens for both indoors and outdoors. Francis studied product design which has fuelled his passion for delivering interiors, that not only fill clients aesthetic desires but with practicality at the forefront of his designs.
Francis loves to travel and enjoys getting inspiration from around the world and is a whizz at origami!
Stacey
Stacey joined the Callerton Kitchens & Interiors Berwick dream team in August 2022, having worked previously with Mandy. Stacey keeps our Berwick showroom and jobs moving whilst liaising with suppliers and customers alike to ensure your projects are well looked after.
Andrew
Our all things IT and process implementation guru – Andrews support at Callerton Kitchens & Interiors enables us to function! Where would we be without him!
Rob
Once titled ”Le Grand Fromage” – Rob is our fitter and driver extraordinaire. You’ll find Rob all over the North East delivering your goods and fitting furniture. Rob was a fitter for Callerton whilst running his own installation business for many years, we were lucky enough for him to agree to come over and work for us full time.
Elaine
Elaine returned to the business in early 2023, having a short 12 year hiatus at our sister company manufacturing site in Sunderland. Elaine has worked in almost all areas of kitchen world so has a huge understanding of the whole process. Elaine is a key part of our installation team and ensures your installation is planned effectively, you’re updated throughout, product and parts are on site when required. Elaine’s free time is spent with her family, most of which are in the industry too, her 4 granddaughters keep her busy when she’s not at work.

This trio of pooches can often be spotted in one of our showrooms at the weekend. Winnie snoozes in the window, Hank can be found asleep on the staircase or anywhere where someone will give him a belly rub and Rocky – our newest addition is still finding his feet with the pack but is definitely boss!
